What are the average rental prices in Thailand?+

Prices vary by city: in Bangkok, expect 15,000-40,000 THB/month for a condo. In Chiang Mai, 8,000-20,000 THB. In Phuket or Pattaya, 12,000-35,000 THB. We find the best value.

Do I need a guarantor to rent in Thailand?+

No, there is generally no need for a guarantor. However, a security deposit of 2 months' rent is standard, plus the first month's rent in advance.
